OUR APPROACH
From our Tuscan-style offices at Honderland in Maasdijk, we select the workers who match the client's needs, always tailoring our solutions to the client's situation. Distance is no problem: we now operate in Westland and in the Barendrecht, Waddinxveen and Bleiswijk areas. And thanks to our regular pool of highly experienced staff, you no longer need to worry about finding the right personnel. We function as a central point of contact, enabling us to operate flexibly. Our office staff plan all the work, ensuring that each client is allocated exactly the right number of skilled staff each day. Naturally, all of this happens in close consultation with the client. We also have the right communication tools for the day-to-day co-ordination of our teams, enabling us to respond quickly to any changes that may occur on-site. Our team supervisors will remain in contact with your manager(s), who will in turn remain in direct contact with our office staff. We aim to build long-term working relationships with our clients, with quality and flexibility being of prime importance. All our employees work in compliance with the HACCP standards, which lay down strict rules on the use of gloves, hairnets and safety shoes and the wearing of jewellery.
